Euclidean Distance
Euclidean distance is a measure of the straight-line distance between two points in a multidimensional space. It is calculated by taking the square root of the sum of the squared differences between the coordinates of two points. In the context of vector embeddings, Euclidean distance is often used as a metric to quantify how similar or different two vectors are. The closer the Euclidean distance between two vectors, the more similar they are considered to be.
